Las restauraciones dentales en ocasiones vuelven a dar problemas ya sean restauraciones de amalgama o las actuales de resina, incluso las incrustaciones y coronas pueden presentar un tipo de problema que NO muchos conocen. Presentan signos y síntomas como dolor, sensibilidad, bordes de restauraciones pigmentados o muy ásperos al tacto. Segun el grado de avance de estas caries secundarias algunas veces será necesario el Tratamiento de Conductos (RCT).
Este tipo de caries se llama “caries secundaria” , se origina por mala adaptación (mal sellado) del material restaurador dando lugar a una “filtración” donde las bacterias conviven y empieza de nuevo el pro...
